Opis (eng)

The relationship of dominant microflora of gainatcha and actinomicetes Acttnomices fungilyticus strain 22, Actinomyces nitrosporeus strain 4 and Streptomices cyanoalbus strain 113, antagonists against Fusarium oxysporum var. orthoceras f. pini reared in mixed cultures under laboratory conditions, have been studied. Derived results are the following: From fungi of the genus Trichoderma only species of green and greenish white colonies have influenced on increase of antagonistic ability of A. nitrosporeus strain 4, while the others were neutraI or did not have stimulative effect on all three investigated actinomicetes. Fungi from the ,genus Penicillium influenced on increase of antagonistic ability of A. nitrosporeus strain 4, do not shange activity of A. fungilyticus strain 22, while in the same ,time decrease antagonistic activity of S. cynoalbus strain kk3. Mycelia sterilia and white non identified fungi acted stimulatively on increase of antagonistic ability of all strains of actinomicetes. Poth strains of Bae. mycoides, ,three species from the genus Pseudomonas and mucous bacteria had stimulative effect on increase of activity of A. fungilyticus strain 22 and A, nitrosporeus strain 4 against F. oxysporum vat. orthoceras f. pini, and only in exceptional cases had opposite effect on S. cyanoalbus strain 113. Investigations of actinomicetes antagonists, reared in mixed cultures with dominant microflora of gainatcha soil exhibited antagonism against the most of investigated fungi, while against bacteria they had indifferent relationship. Direct connection of the strength of stimulation of antagonistic ability of investigated actinomicetes with their relationship towards soil microorganisms in mixed cultures is not determined. None of microorganisms from soil selected from gainatcha as a dominant species, while reared in mixed cultures with actinomicetes antagonists, had not influenced on their development, ,but only on the change of their activity against F. oxisporum var. orthoceras f. pini. Derived results showed that for the successful application of microorganisms antagonists for control of the causes of root system diseases, of a big importance is activity of other soil microflora on development and production of antibiotic supstances of introduced microorganisms antagonists in the roil.
