Один из способов установления доминирующего положения одной политической опции по отношению к правящей –этодестабилизацияключевыхгосударственныхинститутов.Чувствострахапереднестабильностью,восприятиегосударствакак неэффективного, снижение доверия к правосудию и судебным учреждениям, отсутствие правовой и политической безопасности создают благоприятную почву для осуществления политических перемен. Дестабилизация государственных институтов нередко приводит к так называемым цветным революциям, в которых ключевую роль играют молодёжь, студенты и школьники. Этот методполитическихизмененийприменяется встранах,гдеоппозиции объективно сложно прийти к власти демократическим путём, вследствие чего она прибегает к изощрённым мерам, которые постепенно, но неотвратимо ведут к подрыву власти и увеличению общественного недовольства.

The way to establish a dominant position of one political option in relation to the ruling political option is to destabilize vital state institutions. The feeling of fear of instability, then the feeling of dysfunctionality of the state and state institutions, the weakening of faith in the efficiency of the judiciary and judicial institutions, the lack of legal certainty and political security represent a good prerequisite for the implementation of political changes. The destabilization of state institutions often leads to the so-called. colored revolutions, and in this process the youth, student and school population play a key role. This method of political change is used in those countries where the opposition has objective difficulties in gaining power through democratic elections, and therefore decides on perfidious measures that slowly but surely lead to the destabilization of the government and the creation of popular discontent.
