The relief of S. R. Serbia was subjected to the analysis, i.e. its physical characteristics, economy predispositions, utilization of its capacity, degree of mutual harmonization, overcoming of negative morphological predispositions etc. Evaluation of the state, optimum conditions and interaction was made between relief, on one side and agriculture, forestry, transportation, as well as setlements, industry and ameliorations on the other side. The predispositions of the relief have to be brought into accord with the economy, and if they arn't the development of the economy is slowed down or becomes more expensive. The main influence of the relief is on plant production, that means that plant production is mostly determined by the relief. However, the dependance on the relief is not always fully respected, although for a normal and successful development of the economy and survival, the greatest coordination is needed.
