Opis (eng)

In the article it was studied the relationship between dominant microorganisms - fungi and Actinomyces - and Fornes annosus, isolaited from the soil in Norway spruce stands at Kopaonik and in Scots pine plantations ait Deliblato's Sand. More than 205 strains of fungi and 62 strains of Actinomyces were isolated. The following conclusions can be drawn: From 205 strains of fungi, 163 of them were with an inhibitory action to the fungus Fornes annosus. From 80 strains of fungi belonging to the genus Penicillium, 70 of them were aintagonists, what was the case with all 66 strains of fungi from the genus Trichoderma. From 62 strains of Actinomyces, 28 of them were antagonists, but only 4 among ,them came from the brown soil, formed under sipruce stands. The main fungistaitics in acid brown soil of spruce stands at Kopaonik, were fungi from the genera Penicilliurn, Aspergilus and Mucor and in smaal percent Actinomyces from the groups Albus and Griseus. The main fungistatics in the soils formed under Scots pine plantations at Deliblato's Sand were Actinomyces from the groups Albus, Griseus and Rubroaurantiacus, followed by the fungi from the genus Trichoderma.
