The investigation is related to the artificial inoculation of black and Scots pine root system by mycellia cultures of ectomycorhizal fungi Thelephora terrestris and Boletus granulatus. The inoculated containerized seedlings were planted on degraded and eroded soils of Ibarska klisura. The possibility of practical application of mycorhizal symbiosis was perceived in the works of afforestation, first of all with pine species.
