Šumski ekosistemi su malo istraženi i nedovoljno znamo o njihovom značaju u domenu proizvodnje visokovredne i zdravstveno ispravne hrane kao i brojnih proizvoda koji se mogu koristiti u prevenciji i lečenju oboljenja. U istraživanjima posebna pažnja je posvećena šumskim voćkaricama koje su zahvaljujući povoljnim stanišnim uslovima u šumama Srbije zastupljene u velikom broju. Istraživanja šumskog lekovitog bilja ukazala su na ogromno bogatstvo i raznovrsnost ovih resursa. Uporedo sa ovim istraživanjima radili smo na konstrukcionim i tehnoloskim resenjima novog univerzalnog aparata za preradu šumskih proizvoda koji obezbeduje očuvanje svih hranljivih, zaštitnih, lekovitih i drugih svojstva životnih namirnica.

The ecosystem of forest area wearily researched and our knowledge of their significance in the field of production of high quality and healthy food is insufficient, as well as the numerous product which can be used for preventing and treating of illness. In this research attention is especially paid on forest fruits which are to be found in great deal thanks to good habitation conditions in the forests of Serbia. The researches of medical herbs pointed out on the tremendous fortune and variety of this research. Along with this research we have worked on the construction and technical solutions of this new universal apparatuses for the canning fruits of the forest which provides the preservation of all nutritive, protective, healing and other ingredients of life groceries.
