Abstract: Certified soil material Sigma Aldrich "Anions in Soil" SQC013-30G were examined for the determination of chlorides in soil by various procedures for the preparation of a samples. Extraction was performed with ultra pure water and the following parameters were changed: sample amount (0.5 g-1 g); amount of water for extraction (10-50 ml); extraction time (1-3 h). The obtained results were processed statistically in the SPSS program using One Way analysis of Variance and One sample Ttest. Based on the obtained results for the level of significance, it is concluded that the best method for determining chloride in soil is the method 3.
Izvod: Za određivanje hlorida u zemljištu ispitivani su različiti postupci pripreme uzorka sertifikovanog referntnog materijala zemljišta Sigma Aldrich “Anions in Soil” SQC013-30G. Vršena je ekstrakcija sa ultra čistom vodom, a menjani su sledeći parametri: količina uzorka (0,5 g-1 g); količina vode za ekstrakciju (10-50 ml); vreme ekstrakcije (1-3 h). Dobijeni rezultati obrađeni su statistički u SPSS programu uz korišćenje One Way analysis of Variance i One sample T-test. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata za nivo značajnosti zaključuje se da je najbolji metod za određivanje hlorida u zemljištu metoda 3 .
