Sažeak: U ovom radu predstavljen je razvoj i implemntacija efikasnog, atraktivnog, povoljnog telemedicinskog sistema za proveru zdravstvenog stanja srca kao i nivoa fizičke kondicije i stresa pod nazivom “EKG za svakoga”. EKG za svakoga predstavlja telemedicinsko rešenje za snimanje, skladištenje, analizu, prikaz EKG signala kao i efikasan interfejs za udaljeni pristup lekaru. Atraktivnost pristupa sistema EKG za svakoga ogleda se kako u niskoj ceni razvijenog EKG uređaja tako i u mogućnosti EKG uređaja da snima više kanala EKG signala bez standardnog lepljenja elektroda na telo korisnika, automatskoj analizi EKG signala već u mobilnoj aplikaciji kao i interfejsima za zahtevanje pregleda prikupljenih snimaka od strane lekara angažovanih u sistemu. Analiza i obrada EKG signala implementirana je već u mobilnoj aplikaciji korisnika i obuhvata detekciju i klasifikaciju srčanih otkucaja kao i analizu promenljivosti srčanog ritma. Upotrebom senzora za ubrzanje, ugrađenog u mobilne telefon, analizira se kretanje korisnika čime se upotpunjava analiza. Veb interfejsi sistema obuhvataju servise za prijem i skladištenje podataka kao i veb aplikacije za pristup podacima. Poseban deo veb aplikacije prestavlja portal u kome je moguće postaviti snimke EKG signala, koji mogu biti snimljeni pomoću različitih uređaja, za koje korisnici mogu dati svoje mišljenje uz reviziju lekara angažovanih u sistemu.

Abstract: This paper presents the development and implementation of an efficient, attractive, favorable telemedicine system for checking the health condition of the heart as well as the level of physical fitness and stress called “ECG for everyone”. 238 ECG is a telemedicine solution for recording, storing, analyzing, displaying ECG signals as well as an effective interface for remote access to the doctor. The attractiveness of ECG access for everyone is reflected in both the low price of the developed ECG and the possibility of ECG devices to record more ECG signal channels without standard adhesion of electrodes to the body of the user, automatic analysis of the ECG signal already in the mobile application as well as the interfaces for requesting scans of collected images by doctors engaged in the system. The analysis and processing of the ECG signal has already been implemented in the mobile application of the user and includes the detection and classification of heartbeats as well as the analysis of heart rate variability. Using the acceleration sensor embedded in the mobile phone, the user’s motion is analyzed to complete the analysis. The system’s Web interfaces include data reception and storage services as well as web applications for data access. A special part of the web application is a portal where it is possible to upload ECG recordings, which can be recorded using different devices, for which users can give their opinion with the revision of the doctors engaged in the system.
