"Partnership for peace" and the concept of European security with reference to population health

Abstract: The Partnership for Peace program was formulated as a concept of strengthening relations between NATO member states in the field of security. The starting point in the need to strengthen internal ties in order to successfully con¬front new social chalenges, risks and threats. In the further course of the institu¬tion‘s activities, the countries of the former realsocialism joined, especially from the former USSR. The project defined special relations with the Russian Federa¬tion and Ukraine. The European Union has promoted an indigenous concept of its own security, called the Foreign Security Policy with the Common Security and Defense Policy based on the Lisbon treaty. These NATO and EU programs as a whole are significantly coherent. Strategies showed numerous controversies and weaknesses which was especially manifested in the suppression of the pandemic coronavirus.
