Abstract: This paper makes the attempt to form criteria and determining the value of a unit of work in the research and development research activities, so that the value per unit of labor is socially conditioned element resultant playback and does not depend on the negotiating capacity of the parties, but of the given objective criteria. Thus, this is one area of economic transition countries ( the Republic of Serbia ) where the market structure is imperfect with a lot of asymmetric information. This paper is a modest contibution to correct the results of asymmetric information. The criteria are a symbiosis of theoretical and practical knowledge in the economy in these industries. The result of applying these criteria standard is the value of the unit of labor, which may: - Ensure the rate of profit, which will enable the development perspective, - Cover the social costs required in the system, not the individual costs of a business entity that may be above average, - Ensure that salaries are approximately according to the same standard that are achieved in competitive systems.

Sažetak: U ovom radu čini se pokušaj formiranja kriterija i utvrđivanje vrednosti jedinice rada u naučno-istraživačkoj i istraživačko-razvojnoj delatnosti, tako da vrednost po jedinici rada bude rezultanta društveno uslovljenih elemenata reprodukcija i da ne zavisi od pregovaračkih sposobnosti stranaka, već od datih objektivnih merila. Dakle, radi se o ekonomskom prostoru jedne tranzicione zemlje (R. Srbije) gde je struktura tržišta imperfektna sa puno asimetričnih informacija. Ovaj rad je samo skroman doprinos da se rezultati asimetričnih informacija koriguju. Kriterijumi su simbioza teorijskih i praktičnih saznanja iz oblasti ekonomije u ovim delatnostima. Rezultat primene ovih kriterija - standarda je vrednost jedinice rada, koja može: - da obezbedi stopu dobiti koja će omogućiti perspektivni razvoj, - da pokrije društveno potrebne troškove u radu sistema, a ne individualne troškove poslovnog subjekta koji mogu biti natprosečni, - da obezbedi lične dohotke po približno istim merilima koji se ostvaruju u konkurentnim sistemima.
