Аннотация: В статье рассматриваются понятия силы и мощи, отмечается, что речь идет о конкуренции между государствами. Представляя свои взгляды на межгосударственные отношения, развитие технологии, науки, финансовое превосходство, каждая страна позиционирует себя с точки зрения силы. Основными понятиями в международно-правовых аспектах являются «сила» и «мощь». Чтобы понять, что такое сила, мы всегда начинаем с концепции мощи, как более широкого понятия. На протяжении всей истории в человеческом обществе присутствовали сила и мощь, также как и неизбежный разрыв между развитыми и слаборазвитыми странами. Сила и мощь чаще всего связаны с социальной системой и целями государства, за исключением явлений, которые нарушают или противодействуют контролю системы. Политика считается наиболее эффективным средством осуществления социальной мощи

Abstract: In this paper we will deal with the concept of force and power where it has recently been observed that this is all about a competition between states. In expressing own standpoints considering inter-state relations, through development of technology and science, the financial superiority distinguishes each country as stronger force in comparison with some other. The main concepts in international and legal aspects are force and power. Trying to understand what a force is we always start from the power concept as one broader frame. All the way through history force and power always existed in the mankind society as well as the inevitable gap between developed and undeveloped countries. Force and power are mostly linked with the social system and goals of the state excluding phenomena such as those violating the system control or opposing it. Politics is thought to be the most efficient possible instrument for the social power accomplishment
