НАУЧНОИСТРАЖИВАЧКИ РАД У ДОБА ПАНДЕМИЈЕ КОВИД-19

What is presented in the paper is the sum of impressions regarding the scientific- research work in the field of social studies and humanities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Through different forms and phases of a scientific research activity, the author considers the difficulties and limitations as well as the advantages of the new forms of engagement and the perspectives that have arisen. The conclusions were drawn on the basis of the author’s immediate experience, the experience of other researchers from different scientific disciplines, scientific and expert works, journalistic texts and reports, the available documents regarding the instructions and recommendations of the Institute for Public Health, Ministry of Health and other state institutions responsible for the implementation of protective measures during the pandemic, as well as the research about the work of the largest libraries and archives in Serbia in these newly developed circumstances, conducted from the end of September till the end of November 2021. Although this research refers to Serbia, the pandemic has similarly hit all cultural and scientific institutions and scientific workers worldwide, making their position better or worse just in the sense of „the digital gap” (private or institutional technological capacities, the quality of the internet connection), that is the capability of managers to organise the work of individual institutions and projects

У чланку је представљена summa утисака о научноистраживачком раду у об- ласти друштвених и хуманистичких наука током пандемије ковид-19. Kроз различите форме и фазе научноистраживачке делатности аутор разматра тешкоће и ограничења, али и предности нових облика радног ангажовања, те перспективе које су се указале. Закључци су изведени на основу непосредног искуства аутора, искустава других истраживача из различитих научних дисци- плина, научних и стручних радова, новинских текстова и извештаја, доступне документације о упутствима и препорукама Завода за јавно здравље, Минис- тарства здравља и других државних институција надлежних за спровођење заштитних мера за време пандемије, као и истраживања о раду највећих биб- лиотека и архива у Србији у новонасталим околностима, спроведеног од краја септембра до краја новембра 2021. године. Премда се ово истраживање одно- си на Србију, на сличан начин пандемија је погодила све културне и научне институције и научне раднике у свету, те је њихов положај могао бити бољи или гори само у смислу „дигиталног јаза” (приватних и институционалних технолошких капацитета, квалитета интернет везе), односно способности руководилаца да организују рад појединачних установа и пројеката.
