The example of the enclave of Gojbulja describes the broaderpictureofthedisenfranchisementoftheSerbian community in Kosovo and Metohija. First, we present thehistoryofSerbian-AlbanianrelationsintheVuchitrn area, emphasizing the importance of the medieval Serbian stateinKosmet,followedbyananalysisofinter-ethnic relationsinmoderntimes,intheperiodwhenhistorical conflicts finally got a chance for reconciliation. The article,basedontheinterviewsobtainedfromtheethnic Serbs from the village of Gojbulja, analyzes the social statustheyhavethirteenyearsafterthesigningofthefirst agreementsthatweresupposedtoreduceethnictensions in Kosovo. The period of “normalization of relations” between Belgrade and Pristina, which began in 2011 and gained political significance in 2013, concluding with the Brussels Dialogue, did not contribute to the revitalizationofinter-ethnicrelations.Intheinterviews, it can be seen that the Albanians still threaten the Serbian community and that in the long term, it is forced to emigrate, first of all because of all kinds of threatened human rights, but also because of the unsuccessful integration into the Kosovo system, which is why the parallellifeisstillSerbian,everydaylifeinKosovo.The material obtained through a semi-structured in-depth interviewconfirmsthebasicassumptionoftheresearch that“negotiationsonreconciliation”didnotcontribute tothenormalizationofrelations.Still,violenceagainst Serbs is carried out even after their integration into theKosovosystem,wherebythemodelof“quietethnic cleansing”oftheSerbianpeopleunderthearbitration of the Western part of the International Community is represented. На примеру села Гојбуља описује се шира слика обесправљености српске заједнице на Косову и Метохији. Најпре приказујемо историјат српско- албанскиходносаувучитрнскојобластистављајући акценатназначајсрпскесредњовековнедржавена простору Космета, чиме се приказује биполарни континуитет сукоба између испостављених албанских захтева (између осталих – потакнутих демографскимрастом)иотпорадасеунаведеним условима очува елементарна државност Србије, релевантнихизасавременоперципирањекосметског проблема, односно његовог решавања. Након тога следи анализа међуетничких односа у периоду парафирања бриселских споразума, када су историјски сукоби (бар прокламативно), коначно добили шансу за помирењем. Материјал добијен полуструктурисаним дубинским интервјуом потврђује основну претпоставку истраживања да „преговори о помирењу” нису допринели нормализацијиодноса,већсенасиљенадСрбима спроводи и након њихове интеграције у косовски систем, при чему се репрезентује модел „тихог етничкогчишћења”српскогнародаподарбитражом западног дела међународне заједнице и Европске уније,штосликовитопоказујеслучајселаГојбуље.
