Thestartingpremiseofthispaperisthefactthattodayservicesandtheservice sector represent the main factor of the modern economy. The service sector is rapidly developingandgrowing,withaconstanttendencyofgrowthanddevelopment.A specialbranchoftheeconomyisdeveloping,theso-calledserviceeconomy,with significant implications for economic growth and development and the constitution of economic policy. With the development of the service economy, there is also the growthanddevelopmentoftheservicesociety,andtheservicesocietyisthesameas themodernsociety,becauseserviceactivitiesrepresenttheessenceofthemodern wayoflife.Also,servicelawshouldbementionedhere,asanewlegalbranchthat studies services, as a completelyheterogeneoustype ofactivity. The paper specifically studies certain market laws, which contribute to the growth and development of the service sector, along with the presentation of statisticaldata,whichmaybeofimportanceforthisresearch.Also,attentionwillbe paid to market competition, market competition and the problem of unfair competition.

Полазнапремисаовоградајеучињеницидаданасуслугеиуслужнисекторпредстављајуглавнифакторсавременеекономије. Услужнисекторсерапидноразвијаирасте, саконстатномтенденцијомрастаиразвоја. Развијасепосебнагранаекономије, тзв. услужнаекономија, сазначајнимимпликацијаманаекономскирастиразвојиконституисањеекономскеполитике. Саразвојемуслужнеекономије, долазиидорастаиразвојауслужногдруштва, ауслужнодруштвојеистоштоисавременодруштво,јеруслужнеделатностипредстављајусуштинумодерногначинаживота. Такође,овдетребаспоменутииуслужноправо,каоновуправнуграну,којаизучавауслуге,каопотпунохетерогенуврстуделатности. Урадусепосебноизучавајуодређенетржишнезаконитости, коједоприносерастуиразвојууслужногсектора,узприказивањестатистичкихподатака,којимогудабудуодзначајазаовоистраживање.Такође,пажњаћесепосветититржишнимконкуренцијама, тржишнимкомпетицијамаипроблемунелојалнеконкуренције.
