Fungus Fusarium oxysporum S c h l e c h t, emend. S n y d e r et H a n s var. orthoceras (App. et W r.) B i l a i comb. nova f. pini, isolated from lain down saplings of black pine and grown ,,in vitro" on different sources of carbon and nitrogen, has preserved its basic morphological characteristics, providing in that way the continuity of the existance. It has shown on all nutritive substances which were used in the experiment, its pathogenic characteristics - embryo decay and lying down of the saplings. Therefore it can be concluded that this fungus, being a wery stable and agressive organism, represents an important danger for black pine seedlings in the nurseries.
