Chemical improvement of Vlasinas peat by NPK fertilizer (15 : 15 : 15), »Plantozan«, »Floramin«, protection chemicals, as well as microbiological improvement by mycorhiza fungi: Boletus granulatus, Telephora terrestris, have increased its biological activity. Deep changes were expressed in quantitative and qualitative content of basis groups of microorganisms (fungi, bacteria, actinomycetes), depending of the applied treatment.
