The analisis of soil and rhizosphere microflora in Q sessilis habitat with desiccation occurence have showen the folowing results. The general biogenety compared to the number of microorganisms in Summer is considerably greater in soil than in rhizosphere. The root activity in Autumn is amplified, and the rhizospere effect at healty trees is markedly evident. The number of oligonitrofilic bacteria wich indicate unfavourable nitrogen regime is particulary increase in rhizospere at trees with 3 and 4 desiccation index. The amonifying and nitrifying bacteria whose activity is casting for sintesis of easy access nitrogen are in depresion in locality of dried-up tree wich indicate on some disturbance in nitrogen cycle.
