The examination of soil microflora in soils under different forest vegetation in degradated forest of South-Eastern Srbija have been performed. The results of the analisis have shoven that Calcocambisol under Fagetum montanum association and eutericammsol under Querco petreae carcinetum betuli Rud. association have high biogenety, and that their potensial and effective fertility is preserve. Only the distic cambisoles under Fagetum montanum Jov. association have stronger degradation, as their biogenety are considetrable lower than under preserved beech forest in Miroč and Crni vrh complex.
