VARIJABILNOST VAŽNIJIH SVOJSTAVA POLENA HIMALAJSKOG BORA - POPULACIJA NOVI BEOGRAD
The most important morphological (grain length and diameter) and physiological (vitality, germination percentage, and length of pollen tubes) characteristics were investigated during two years ( 1991 and 1992). The best colorimetric method for pollen grain vitality testing was 0.5% water solution ofTTC. Germination percentage and length .of pollen grain tubes were observed by Kobel's method (0, 5, 10, and 15% sucrose). Significant differences between were established by one- and two-factorial analysis of variance in "Statgraf' computer program.
U toku dve godine istraživanja (1991. i 1992) proučavane su najvažnije morfološke (dufina i §irina zrna) i fiziološke karakteristike polena (vitalitet, klijavost i dužina polenovih cevi). Najbolja kolorimetrijska metoda za ispitivanje vitaliteta bila je 0,5% vodeni rastvor 2, 3 trifeniltetrazolijum hlorida (TTC). Ispitivanje klijavosti i dužine polenovih cevi rađeno je po Kobelovoj metodi u rastvorima saharoze od 0, 5, 10 i 15%. Postojanje opravdanih razlika između stabala utvrđeno je primenom 1 i 2-faktorijalne analize varijanse u programu "Statgraf'.
