Efekti izvedenih bujičarskih poprečnih objekata zavise od niza činilaca i u većini slučajeva su korisni. Međutim, mogu biti i negativni kada se objekti projektuju, grade i primenjuju na neadekvatan način. Osnovni cilj ovog rada je da se analizira zaplav pregrade br. I u Kusovranskoj reci i s tim u vezi izlože rezultati uticaja pada korita na pad zaplava i nanosa u njemu na konsolidaciju korita, jer se efekti poprečnih objekata prvenstveno valorizuju padovima zaplava i količinama zadržanog nanosa.

The effects of torrent -control transversal structures depend on a series of facts and in most cases they are beneficial. However, they can be adverse when the structures are designed, constructed and applied in an inadequate way. The basic aim of this paper is to analyse the siltation of the fi rst dam in the Kusovranska Reka and to present the results of the effect of bed slope on the slope of siltation and sediment in it on the channel consolidation, because the effects of dams are primarily evaluated by the slopes of siltation and the quantities of the retained sediment.
