U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja pojave i intenziteta napada važnijih štetnih vrsta insekata i njihovog uticaja na zdravstveno stanje izdanačkih bukovih šuma Crnog vrha i Dubašnice kod Bora. U toku 2002. godine na osam privremenih oglednih površina najveći uticaj na opštu sliku zdravstvenog stanja imali su lisni mineri (Lithocolletis .faginella Zll., Lithocolletis spp, Stigmella basallela H-S., Rhynchaenus fagi L.) i galikolni insekti (Mikiola fagi Htg., Hartigiola annulipes Hartig), kojima u narednom periodu treba posvetiti veću pažnju u smislu ispitivanja njihovog uticaja na fiziološke procese u bukvi kao domaćinu.

The occurrence and the intensity of attack of major insect pest species and their effect on the health state of coppice beech forests of Crni Vrh and Dubasnica near Bor was studied. During 2002 on eight temporary sample plots, leaf miners (Litlwcolletis.fagine/la Zll., Lithocolletis spp, Stigmella basallela H-S., Rhynchaenus fagi L.) and gallicolous insects (Mikiola .fagi Htg., Hartigiola annulipes Hartig), had the greatest effect on the general health state. In the following period, greater attention should be focused on the study of their effect on physiological processes of beech as the host plant.
