Savremena distribucija usluga kao faktor unapređenja poslovanja visokoškolskih ustanova
Modern distribution of services as a factor of improvement of work of higher education institutions
Abstract: The modern way of doing business, as well as new opportunities in the world, lead to significant chances in the work of higher education institutions. In the current period, higher education institutions are facing great challenges that cause changes in all segments of their work, among other things, the changes relate to the way services are distributed in these institutions. In addition to the classic way of distributing educational services, due to the current changes caused by the pandemic COVID-19 virus globally, online teaching is gaining more and more priority, as well as a type of business that increasingly includes the use of modern technology. While the previous delivery of the service was based on direct contact between students and the employees at the faculty (teaching and non- teaching staff), the use of modern technologies changes this practice and direct contact in the distribution of the service is replaced by indirect contact. The aim of this paper is to show what changes have occurred in the delivery of services in the field of higher education due to current events caused by the virus COVID-19, emphasis is placed on what types of communication are represented at the student – faculty level and how new changes affect work of higher education institutions.
Kratak sadržaj: Savremeni način poslovanja, kao i nove prilike u svetu dovode do značajnih promena u radu visokoškolskih ustanova. Visokoškolske ustanove se u aktuelnom perodu suočavaju sa velikim izazovima koji uslovljavaju promene u svim segmentima njihovog rada, između ostalog promene se odnose i na način distribucije usluga u ovim ustanovama. Pored klasičnog načina distribucije obrazovne usluge, usled aktuelnih promena izazvanih pandemijom COVID – 19 virusa na globalnom nivou, sve više primat dobija on-line nastava, kao i vid poslovanja koji sve više uključuje primenu savremene tehnologije. Dok je dosadašnja isporuka usluge bila zasnovana na direktnom kontaktu izmedju studenta i zaposlenih na fakultetu (nastavnoi nenastavno osoblje), upotrebom savremenih tehnologija ta praksa se menja i direktan kontakt u distribuciji usluge biva zamenjen indirektnim kontaktom. Cilj ovog rada jeste da pokaže kakve promene su nastale u isporuci usluge u oblasti visokog obrazovanja usled aktuelnih dešavanja izazvanih virusom Covid -!9, akcenat je stavljen na to koji su vidovi komunikacije zastupljeni na nivou student – fakultet i kako se novonastale promene odražavaju na poslovanje visokoškolskih ustanova.
