Atypical employment contract – current issues and perspectives
Sažetak: Opsežne društvene promene s kraja prošlog i početka ovog veka uticale su i na svet rada. Između ostalog, nametnule su zahtev za širom primenom atipičnih oblika radnog odnosa zarad bržeg, lakšeg, efikasnijeg i kvalitetnijeg adaptiranja poslodavaca i zaposlenih okolnostima na koje su uticale. Da bi se izvukla maksimalna korist iz njihove primene, neophodno je ustanoviti širi pravni okvir za zaključenje ugovora o radu na određeno vreme, i/ili s nepunim radnim vremenom, i/ili na daljinu, zaštiti zaposlene koji rade na temelju ovih ugovora od diskriminacije i poboljšati kvalitet rad na određeno vreme, i/ili s nepunim radnim vremenom, i/ili na daljinu.
Summary: Large-scale social changes at the end of the previous and beginning of this century affected the world of work as well. Among other things, they imposed a wider application of atypical employment contracts for faster, easier, more efficient and qualitative adaptability of both employers and employees to the circumstances brought about by those changes. In order to gain maximum advantage from their application, should be established a wider legal framework for concluding a contract of employment for part-time work, and/or part-time, and/or telecommuting, protecting employees working under these contract and better quality fixed-term, full-time and long-term work.
