Social responsible business of the companies and environmental protection
Summary: Alongside the growing ecological problems, both in local level and the whole planet, apart from strategies whose implementation should lead to the protection of the environment and the concept of sustainable development, accountability issues are raised. In other words, the question arises who is and how responsible for the current, very worrying, devastated state of the environment. In addition to many disagreements on the answer to the previous question, there is one general consensus that, at the level of one state, the highest responsibility for environmental protection is first in the country, and then at large companies, which are the largest polluters. In order to relativize the consensus reached, the concept of corporate social responsibility of companies that includes responsible business towards ecology, its protection, and more than that - comes to the forefront of the need for all elements of sustainable development. Companies, on the other hand, can observe its social responsibility in diametrically opposite point of view in a constant race for profit, socially responsible business and within the framework of environmental protection; one, according to which they will only respect the principles that are prescribed by the legal regulations of the state as such in order to avoid any possible economic offense, fines or other sanctions, whereas the moral and ethical respect for socially responsible business will only lead to additional costs, and second, according to whom management will recognize the importance of all aspects of corporate social responsibility, accountability to the local community, its clients, its employees, its consumers and the environment in which they operate, the responsibility for a healthy environment and the concept of sustainable development - be cautious and responsible in the present, to ensure a carefree future.
Sažetak: Uporedo sa porastom ekoloških problema, kako na lokalnom novou, tako i na novou čitave planete, osim strategija čija implementacija treba da vodi zaštiti životne sredine i konceptu održivog razvoja, postavljaju se i pitanja odgovornosti. Drugim rečima, postavlja se pitanje ko je i koliko odgovoran za sadašnje veoma zabrinjavajuće devastirano stanje životne sredine. Pored mnogih nesuglasica kod odgovora na prethodno pitanje, postoji jedan opšti koncenzus da je, na nivou jedne države, najveća odgovornost za zaštitu životne sredine prvo na državi, a onda na velikim kompanijama, koje po pravilu važe za najveće zagađivače. Da bi se tako postignut koncenzus relativizovao, stupa na scenu koncept društveno odgovornog poslovanja kompanija koji u sebi sadrži i odgovorno poslovanje prema ekologiji, njenoj zaštiti, ali i više od toga – on podrazumeva i težnju ka svim elementima održivog razvoja. Kompanije, sa druge strane, u konstantnoj trci za profitom, društveno odgovorno poslovanje i u okviru njega zaštitu životne sredine, mogu posmatrati sa dijametralno suprotnih gledišta; jedno, prema kome će poštovati samo principe koji su kao takvi propisani pravnim propisima države da bi izbegli eventualni privredni prestup, novčanu kaznu ili drugu sankciju, dok će ih moralno i etičko poštovanje društveno odgovornog poslovanja samo dovesti do dodatnih troškova, i drugo, prema kome će menadžment kompanija prepoznati značaj svih aspekata koje podrazumeva društveno odgovorno poslovanje, od odgovornosti prema lokalnoj zajednici, svojim klijentima, svojim zaposlenim, svojim potrošačima i sredini u kojoj posluju, do odgovornosti prema zdravoj životnoj sredini i konceptu održivog razvoja – biti oprezni i odgovorni u sadašnjosti, da bi osigurali bezbrižnu budućnost.
