Сажетак: Породичним законом уређени су партнерски односи док ванправну суштину чине емотивна, традиционална и културолошка компонента. Током пандемије односи међу партнерима нашли су се пред великим искушењима. Рад од куће, губитак посла за велики број грађана, константан боравак деце у кући довео је до великих тензија унутар породице. Одржавање контакaта детета са родитељима након развода брака, остваривање контакaта под надзором Центра за социјални рад у контролисаним условима, контакт биолошких родитеља са децом у хранитељским породицама у условима пандемије ковид-19 били су значајно отежани у време ван- редног стања, практично и спречени од стране државе. Све поменуто у 2020. години довело је до пада броја закључених бракова, као и до мањег броја рођене деце. Пандемија је последично довела и до огромног пораста умрлих лица. Сви грађани суочени су са неизвесношћу у смислу сервисирања обавеза као што су алиментација, отплата кредита, лизинга, обавезе према држави. Аутори ће у раду анализирати све изнете чињенице у циљу сагледавања тренутног стања и утицаја пандемије ковид-19 на односе међу партнерима, имајући у виду да пандемија траје и да се завршетак и крајње последице тешко могу предвидети и сагледати.
Summary: Family law regulates partnerships, while the non-legal essence consists of an emotional, traditional and cultural component. During the pandemic, the relations between the partners faced great temptations. Work from home, loss of work for a large number of citizens, constant stay of children in the house led to great tensions within the family. Maintaining contact of the child with parents after divorce, making contact under the supervision of the Center for Social Care in controlled conditions, contact of biological parents with the foster family in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic were significantly hampered, and during the state of emergency, practically prevented by authorities. All of the above in 2020 led to a decline in the number of marriages, a smaller number of children born. The pandemic has consequentlyled to a huge increase in deaths. All citizens are faced with uncertainty in terms of servicing obligations such as alimony, loan repayment, leasing, and obligations to the state. The authors will analyze all the presented facts in order to assess the current situation and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on partner relations, bearing in mind that the pandemic lasts and that the end and final consequences are difficult to predict and consider.
