Abstract: Monitoring the surface water quality was realized aim to characterize the existing conditions or identify emerging problems. Regular quarterly sampling is realized by the team members of the project RoRS 337. Total of the water samples was about 220 pcs. On the field, was measured: pH, oxidation-reduction potential, dissolved oxygen, water and ambient temperature, site sampling coordinates. Chemical characterization was done on the following elements: Fe, Mn, Cu, Mo, Zn, As, Ni, Pb, Cd, Cr, Hg, S, Se.
