Abstract: heCOVID-19pandemichaspresentedopportunitiesforwomenentrepreneursto adapt and innovate their way of working in response to changing businessconditions.Thispaperdiscussesliteraturereviewasamethodologyforconductingresearch. Also,weusedown qualitative research in relation topotential future directions. The main aim of our study was to further nuance ourunderstandingoftheCOVID-19crisisresultsasachallengeforwomen'sentrepreneurial ventures in Serbia. In addition, the goal was to determine whatkind of support was provided to women in business in order to survive in crisisconditions,as wellas tostrengthen their resilience.
