Summary: People have always had a need for improvement and advancement in technology. Have developed a variety of styles and forms of construction. Ever since primitive communities, when they used a variety of holes, rocks, and over a period of clay, reeds and mud, through the wooden buildings to modern housing units built from solid and durable material. However, parallel to this promotion, the need to develop criminal protection of these same facilities of negligence and unfair construction. How is the present society is increasingly evolving, so is developed and awareness about the environment, about the various materials to match the climate works, on prohibited materials as well as on respect for permits and approvals from the relevant institutions. In the article, the comparative method, the authors will try to explain the difference between the approximation of criminal protection of various forms of construction in the Republic of Serbia with the countries of the former Yugoslavia. Discuss a criminal of Croatian legislation, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia.

Сажетак: Људи су одувек имали потребу за усавршавањем и напредовањем у технолошком смислу. Развијали су разне стилове и облике градње. Још од примитивних заједница, када су користили разне рупе, отворе, пећине, па кроз период глине, трске и блата, преко дрвених објеката до модерних стамбених јединица изграђених од чврстих и дуготрајних материјала. Међутим, упоредо са тим напредовањем, развијала се и потреба кривичне заштите тих истих објеката од несавесног и непоштеног грађења. Како се садашње друштво све више развијало, тако се развијала и свест о околини, о разним материјалима, који ће одговарати поднебљу градње, о забрањеним материјалима, као и о поштовању дозвола и одобрења од стране надлежних институција. У чланку, упоредноправним методом, аутори ће покушати да објасне и приближе разлике између кривичне заштите разних облика грађења у Републици Србији са земљама бивше СФР Југославије. Обрадиће се кривична законодавства Републике Хрватске, Федерације Босне и Херцеговине, Републике Црне Горе и Републике Македоније.
