Abstract: In the underground exploitation of the “Čukaru Peki" deposit near Bor, a reactivate material – waste is excavated that should be disposed on the terrain surface. This work presents a way to form a waste site like this that would be the subject to the legal regulation for such facilities, with a view of protecting the environment and living environment.
