REZIME: U Srbiji danas gotovo 30% porodica živi bez ikakvih primanja. Nezaposlenost je izvor najvećeg broja poremećaja, po nekim autorima to je izvor svih patologija koje degradiraju ličnost čoveka. Da bi došlo do korenitih promena, očuvanja tradicionalne srpske porodice i kvalitetnog sistema vrednosti, neophodna je edukacija, i to od osnovne škole, kako dece, tako i roditelja jer u velikom broju slučajeva oni ne znaju da primete problem, pa shodno tome ne znaju ni da se adekvatno odnose prema njemu. U radu autor analizira odnos između porodice i društvenog fenomena nezaposlenosti pre svega kroz uticaj na decu u porodici. Rad je baziran na istraživanju koje je sprovedeno na teritoriji AP Vojvodine. Kroz zaključke autor daje predloge, koji bi u budućnosti trebali dovesti do stabilizacije poljuljane uloge porodice u našem društvu.

ABSTRACT: Nowadays, in Serbia, almost 30% of families live without any income. Unemployment is the biggest source of disorders, and, according to some authors, it is the source of all pathologies degrading human personality. In order some fundamental changes to be made, the traditional Serbian families and system of high quality values to be preserved, it is necessary, starting from primary school, to educate both children and parents, becau- se, in many cases, they do not notice a problem, and consequently they do not know how to treat it adequately. In this paper the author analyzes the relationship between the family and social phenomenon of unemployment primarily through its impact on children in the family. The paper is based on the research conducted on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina. Through the conclusions the author makes certain suggestions, which, in the future, should lead to the stabilization of the undermined role of the family in our society.
