Sažetak: Poslovanje svake organizacije počiva na materijalnim i ljudskim resursima. Ljudski resursi su pokretači svih aktivnosti i od njihovog kvaliteta zavisi uspeh poslovanja. Samo zadovoljni zaposleni mogu da ostvare zahtevan nivo efikasnosti i efektivnosti u radu. Predškolske ustanove pružaju vaspitanje i obrazovanje deci šest meseci do kretanja u školu. Vaspitači zajedno sa ostalim zaposlenima u predškolskim ustanovama određuju kvalitet usluge. Sprovedeno istraživanje obavljeno je u beogradskim opštinama Rakovica, Čukarica i Voždovac, na uzorku od 174 zaposlenih u predškolskim ustanovama. Rezultati su pokazali da su ispitanici najviše zadovoljni komunikacijom između zaposlenih, a manje mogućnošću napredovanja i motivacijom u predškolskim ustanovama. Uočeno je da se ocene značajno razlikuju kod ispitanika koji su različitog nivoa obrazovanja, što upućuje da nivo obrazovanja značajno utiče na razlike u zadovoljstvu ispitanika u uzorku. Menadžment predškolskih ustanova mora da organizuje rad i poslovne procese u skladu sa Zakonom o predškolskom obrazovanju i vaspitanju, ali isto tako i da pronađe mehanizme kojima će unaprediti interne relacije u pravcu povećanja zadovoljstva zaposlenih.

Abstract: Business operations of any organization rest on material and human resources. Human resources are the drivers of all activities and business success largely depends on them. Only satisfied employees can achieve the required level of efficiency and effectiveness at work. Preschool institutions provide education to children at least six months prior to starting elementary school. Educators, along with other staff members in preschool institutions, determine the quality of services. The research study described in this paper was conducted in the Belgrade municipalities of Zemun, Čukarica and Voždovac, on a sample of 174 employees in preschools institutions. Research results for the observed sample showed significant differences among respondents with different educational attainment levels, which points to the fact that different educational attainment levels trigger differences in individual satisfaction levels. Obviously, management of pre-school institutions should organize work and business processes in accordance with the Law on Preschool Education, while at the same time finding mechanisms which can improve internal relations in terms of increased employee satisfaction.
