The importance of using the social network Instagram in the development of woman's entrepreneurship
Značaj upotrebe društvene mreže Instagram u razvoju ženskog preduzetništva
Abstract: The subject of the paper is to examine the importance of using the social network Instagram in women's entrepreneurship in order to encourage the development or improvement of existing businesses of women and women engaged in performing SMEs through the use of this modern interactive and marketing tool. A review of the latest literature seeks to point out the relevant views of authors who have conducted research on the use of social networks with an emphasis on the social network Instagram in the field of women's entrepreneurship to examine their correlation in order to strengthen women's entrepreneurship. The social network Instagram provides women entrepreneurs with greater visibility, the possibility of information as well as cooperation and interaction with other business partners in order to develop or improve their own business. The paper uses methods of analysis and synthesis, positivism and content analysis. The aim of this paper is to inform women entrepreneurs about the importance of use the social network Instagram in the development of their business, undertaking marketing and promotional activities and opportunities for cooperation, participation and interaction with various partners in their everyday business environment.
Sažetak: Predmet rada je ispitivanje značaja upotrebe društvene mreže Instagram u ženskom preduzetništvu sa ciljem da se podstakne razvoj ili poboljša postojeće poslovanje preduzetnica i žena koje su angažovane u vršenju MSP kroz upotrebu ovog savremenog interaktivnog i marketinškog alata. Pregledom najsavremenije literature nastoji se ukazati na relevantne stavove autora koji su se bavili istraživanjima na temu upotrebe društvenih mreža sa akcentom na društvenu mrežu Instagram u domenu ženskog preduzetništva radi ispitivanja njihove međusobne korelacije u cilju osnaživanja ženskog preduzetništva. Društvena mreža Instagram pruža ženskim preduzetnicama veću vidljivost, mogućnost informisanja, kao i saradnju i interakciju sa ostalim poslovnim partnerima u cilju razvoja ili poboljšanja sopstvenog biznisa. U radu su korišćene metode analize i sinteze, pozitivizma i analize sadržaja. Cilj rada jeste da se preduzetnice informišu o značaju i načinu upotrebe društvene mreže Instagram u razvoju njihovog poslovanja, preduzimanju marketinških i promotivnih aktivnosti i mogućnostima kooperacije, participacije, saradnje i interakcije sa različitim partnerima u njihovom svakodnevnom poslovnom okruženju.
