Апстракт: Бомбардовање Савезне Републике Југославије 1999. године, важи за један од најважнијих геополитичких догађаја у другој половини 20. века. НАТО агресија на СРЈ представљена је као хуманитарна интервенција, са циљем заштите људских и мањинских права и успостављањем демократије у земљи. Осим војних циљева, НАТО је током своје агресије бомбардовао цивилне циљеве, укључујући и зграде Радио телевизије Србије и Радио телевизије Нови Сад. Стога је циљ овог рада и потреба да се објасни функција пропаганде у сврху оправдања хуманитарног интервенционизма. Радом се жели указати и на начин рада медијских кућа у СРЈ током бомбардовања, као и на тешке услове у којима је требало обезбедити производњу програма и извештавање о актуелним догађајима. Као пример добре праксе управљања и организовања представљен је рад РТВ Нови Сад.

Summary: The bombing of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 1999. is considered to be one of the most important political events in the second half of the 20th century. NATO presented the aggression on the FRY as a humanitarian intervention, with the aim of protecting human and minority rights and establishing democracy in the country. In addition to military targets, NATO bombed civilian targets during its aggression, including the buildings of Radio Television of Serbia and Radio Television of Novi Sad. Therefore, the aim of this paper is the need to explain the function of propaganda in order to justify humanitarian interventionism. The paper also points out the way in which the media in the FRY worked during the bombing, as well as the difficult conditions in which it was necessary to ensure the production of programs and reporting on current events. The work of RTV Novi Sad during the 1999 NATO aggression was presented as an example of good practice in crisis management and organization.
