Апстракт: Рад анализира записе Аца Ракочевића (1938−2007) Страх од сутра (2003), познатог новинара и писца са Косова и Метохије, књигу прозе коју је жанровски тешко одредити. Тумачимо је као аутобиографске записе, дневник и историјску хронику времена у којем Ракочевић као наратор-јунак приповеда о страховима током седамдесет и осам дана бомбардовања Косова и Метохије и страховима и догађајима након доласка међународних снага. Дакле, реч је о човековим исконскими ововременим страховима као универзаланом феномену света који живимо. Писац и новинар сведочи и о личном доживљају и страху као људском феномену и верно слика догађаје и личности које су обележиле његову духовну биографијуу, времену које доживљава као национални слом и државни пораз. О прожимању страхова сведочи реторика наслова његове књиге По свету са Косовом око врата. Циљ рада је да на примеру аутобиографских записа покаже феномен страха са друштвеног, психолошког и филозофског аспекта.

Summary: The paper analyzes the writings of Aco Rakocevic (1938−2007) Fear of Tomorrow (2003), a well-known journalist and writer from Kosovo and Metohija, a book of prose that is difficult to determine in terms of genre. We interpret it as autobiographical records, a diary and a chronicle of the time in which Rakocevic, the narrator-hero, tellsabout fears during the seventy-eight days of bombing Kosovo and Metohija and fears and events after the arrival of international forces. So, we are talking about man’s primordial and contemporary fears as a universal phenomenon of the world we live in. The structure of the prose Fear of Tomorrow as a Diary opens with a pure poetic reflection on fear and the state of mind of the narrator-hero, a witness to fear as a consequence of killing and annulling man and people. Rakocvic raised diary entries to the artistic level by renaming his contemporaries to Poeta, Pliticar, Pop, Krajisnik and Maestro. The writer and journalist also testifies about personal experience and fear as a human phenomenon and faithfully depicts the events and personalities that marked his spiritual biography at a time when he perceives it as a national collapse and state defeat. The aim of the paper is to show the phenomenon of fear from the social, psychological and philosophical aspect on the example of autobiographical records.
